Where it started
One crowded car. Too many trips. A better idea.
Hikenture began after a weekend outdoors that required far too many trips between the car and the campsite.
Chairs, blankets, food, water and everything else seemed manageable at home. By the time we arrived, carrying it all had become the hardest part of getting outside. That experience inspired a simple question: what if outdoor gear made the journey easier instead of adding more work?
We started by looking closely at the small frustrations people accept as normal—the wheel that sinks into soft sand, the cart that takes too long to fold, the sleeping pad that never feels quite right and the winter layer that protects you but restricts movement.
